Merch is made on demand by Fanbace. Depending on where you are in the world, there will be a different supplier. The quality however is the same. We have tested this in North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia.

Since the merch is made on-demand then I can't do any exchanges or refunds at this time. That being said all sales are final.
I do plan to have a proper warehouse where I can do exchanges in the future once it's financially viable. If however, something is completely unacceptable then message me here or on Instagram @yourevilboyfriend and I'll see if I can a replacement out of pocket.
